Hi! I'm Gaurav. I've spent seven years shaping outcomes and delivering excellence, at small scale startups and large enterprises.

At HCLTech I was the PM for HCL Intelligent Operations, where I led end-to-end product development of HCL Intelligent Operations and AIForce.Ops — from problem discovery and LLM/agent design to experimentation and GTM — driving $17M+ incremental revenue over three years and securing back-to-back Leader ratings from Gartner, IDC, and ISG.

Right now I'm most excited about product development in the AI era, building systems that don't just surface insights but actually take action. At my last role, I was instrumental in HCLTech and HCLSoftware's collaboration on Strategic AI initiatives. Looking forward to new challenges in AI Product Development.

Agentic AI framework for autonomous IT operations

Led AIForce.Ops, an Agentic AI framework purpose-built for IT operations. The product enables auto-triage, runbook execution, and self-healing for L1/L2 incidents without human intervention. I was a key part of this initiative, monitored directly by the CEO's office, working closely and managing the expectations of a 25-person cross-functional team, aiming to be the first organisation to get a unified agentic solution from zero to market-ready, including a brand new interactive demo environment that superseded the first one.
